Heimsys LLC is a Florida limited liability company providing managed information technology services and cybersecurity to veterinary practices.

Relationship to Service Agreements

These Terms govern the website and the text messaging program only. Managed services delivered by Heimsys are governed by the signed managed services agreement and any statements of work between Heimsys and the client. Where these Terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services, and no client relationship is created by visiting the site or submitting a form.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected system
• Interfere with the operation of the website or the access of other visitors
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect content or contact information from the site

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Program description

Heimsys operates a support text messaging program. You can text the Heimsys support number to open a support ticket, and a Heimsys support technician replies by text about that ticket. Follow-up messages relate to the ticket you opened.

Taking part is your choice

How you opt in

You opt in by sending a text message to the Heimsys support number. That message is your own voluntary opt-in, and Heimsys replies within that support conversation. You can also opt in by texting START to the support number. Heimsys does not send text messages to anyone who has not first texted Heimsys.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on support activity. Most recipients receive fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Heimsys does not charge for messages, and any charges come from your own mobile carrier under your own plan.

How to opt out and how to get help

Delivery and carriers

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and your device. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Heimsys cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered, and text messages should not be relied on as the only way to report an urgent issue. For urgent issues, call Heimsys at (407) 502-8601.

Privacy

Heimsys does not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party. See the Privacy Policy for how information collected through the messaging program is handled.
